Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
- Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them.
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.
- Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
- Coordinate property maintenance.
- Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property.
- Follow up with prospective renters.
- Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
- Monitor use of community facilities, including laundry.
- Handling all other duties assigned, including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Summary/Objective
The onsite Leasing Manager is accountable to protect, maintain and enhance the value of Green Company real estate assets to maximize the owner's financial return and for the benefit of the tenants, consumers and the community. This is accomplished by direction and coordination of the location’s operational activities. This incumbent represents Green Companies Development Group to both the tenants and the public.

Frequently lifts items more than twenty-five pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on the number of units. This position is
expected to be on-call for onsite emergencies.
Travel
Local travel during the business day is expected, minimal overnight travel may be required.

1. Must possess or can obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment and keep this license up to date. Must have a satisfactory driving record.

Starting pay depending on experience. Fulltime employees are eligible for benefit packages after 90 days, Medical offered after 60 days.
