Green Goals Beauty Academy is a community-focused organization dedicated to providing inclusive beauty education to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. Our mission is to empower individuals through cosmetology trades such as nail, lash, and barbering, promoting financial independence and self-sufficiency.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team on a part-time/contract basis. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential students, volunteers, and community partners to support our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit prospective students for our beauty education programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to promote our programs and initiatives.
• Conduct outreach and networking activities to raise awareness of Green Goals Beauty Academy within the community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and campaigns.
• Represent Green Goals Beauty Academy at community events, job fairs, and other outreach opportunities.
• Provide support and guidance to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel extensively within the community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community engagement and making a difference.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetology trades is preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Public speaking experience is desirable.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

• $25 per hour
• Part-time/contract position
