Our Restaurant Group is made up of seasoned Industry veterans. Our program contain some of the most CREATIVE and EXCITING culinary offerings that are the basis of the various concepts. We are committed to expert Craft Cocktails, curated Beer programs and Sommelier built Wine lists to complement our cuisines.
We rely heavily and leverage our relationships with local farms and utilize these inputs to connect the community with our customers through our passion in food & beverage.
Our properties include:
Anker: Seafood restaurant with retail fish market & harbor deck dining
Alpina: Italian-Swiss wine bar hot spot
Greenhill kitchen: North Fork's premier craft BBQ restaurant
**Job Duties:**
*Hours*
- Chef Duties: Up to 60 hours per week, 6 days per week (May-September)
Up to 50 hours per week, 5 days per week (October-April)
*Food Program*
- Develop seasonal menus and nightly specials
- Collaborate with Talent/Events/Guest Chefs
- Create menus for parties, banquets, and special events
- Play vital role in private label products rollout
**Maintenance**
- Oversee menu food production tabletop
- Supervise kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs
- Manage organization of kitchen and walk-in storage areas
**Kitchen**
- Maintain food and catering menu inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health code standards
- Implement and maintain prep station pars
- Implement receiving protocol and work with bookkeeping for invoice coding
- Place accurate orders with various Farms and Food Purveyors
*Administration*
- Conduct inventories and costings of food menu items
- Program new items into inventory and POS system
- Handle employee education, training, and scheduling
*PR & Marketing*
- Respond to press inquiries and work with PR firm
- Participate in business strategy meetings
- Assist in organizing off-site events and promotions
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
