Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle recruiting of professional and administrative professionals.
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with professional and administrative clients and candidates in all stages of their careers.
- Building a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing resources.
- Parsing specialized and specific skills and qualifications for professional and administrative resumes
- Coming up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
- Collecting and analyzing data to improve all hiring processes
- Coordinating with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals
- Continuous training and development for professional growth
- Aggressive and lucrative commission structure

- Opportunities for commission-based compensation between $35,000-$300,000
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience, or 1 year of administrative experience
- Industry knowledge with the ability to understand and discuss relevant skills and companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment or someone with an innate drive to be the best.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a collaborative team
