The Program Manager is an accomplished leader who provides effective supervision to a team of service coordinators, and who plays a vital role in ensuring that the services we provide are high-quality and effective in meeting people’s needs. The program manager provides support and guidance, monitors services for regulatory compliance and positive practices, and contributes to continuous quality improvement. We seek a proven manager with experience in developmental disability, brain injury, and/or aging services. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is highly organized, goal-directed, and committed to our mission.
