Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures - Manage and train bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends - Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory - Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures - Familiarity with retail math for pricing and profit margin calculations - Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink recipes Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
