What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator RE position at Green Valley Grocery?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION
- Working closely with the Project Manager and VP of Real Estate Strategy, administer and advance projects through completion of various tasks and activities related to Store Construction: Licensing and Permitting, Design and Development, reporting, development of meeting and presentation materials, research and underwriting tasks.
- Maintain Project tracking and workflow management, scheduling and timeline development.
- Financial project tracking and analysis.
DOCUMENTATION
- Systematically organize and maintain Real Estate documentation and data hygiene, (Digital and conversion to digital). Survey and organize existing files and data into accessible format for search and archive.
TECHNOLOGY
- Integration as lead user (“super-user”) on specific Technology platforms that support Real Estate and Store Operations, including Lease Query and other future applications for data analytics.
LEASE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Review and create abstracts for various Lease documents (Property Management). Track Lease management actions required (renewals, rent escalations, estoppel letters, etc.)
TEAM COMMUNICATIONS
- Act as a point of contact for internal communication and processes related to Pre-Construction, Construction and post-construction activities.
- Act as a point of contact for application, documentation and tracking of permits and licenses, Entitlements, and planning documents in Construction activities .
- Act as a point of contact for external partners including Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Attorneys, Consultants, Vendors, Municipalities and Licensing Agencies for all issues relating to pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities.
- In conjunction with the Real Estate Department and other key Executive team members,
- Other job-related duties supporting the Department activities as requested.

- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn Construction Management, including ability to read Architectural plans, technical documentation, and a wide range of legal documents.
- Self starter who can follow direction and take initiative to provide constructive alternatives for achieving departmental and company objectives.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Project administration experience or training.
- Real Estate (Commercial or Residential) experience or training.
- Retail or Service industry experience or training.
- MS Suite Software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project.
