Job Description
About the role...
We're looking for a talented, out-going individual to join our team as Assistant Manager. The Anchor is a Chameleon pub with the Premium & Urban division, and as such is a lively, wet-led business with a cool, contemporary twist and a menu to match. We have Sky Sports, DJs, great music and vibes and we're looking for the right person to join our team.
What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...
Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
Act as a role model for the team support with training and development
Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
