Search Consultant
Job Description:
The Search Consultant is involved in full life cycle recruiting initiatives to ensure recruitment goals are met. To be successful in this role the individual must be willing to follow all recruiting processes, including: candidate sourcing, phone screening, candidate interviews, coordinating client interviews, partnering with hiring managers and clients, as well as assisting other recruiting divisions when applicable. This is a hybrid role based out of Durham, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle recruiting duties, to include: identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews
On-board candidates in accordance with company guidelines and compliance procedures
Execute company policies, standard operating procedures, and recruiting plans to meet critical client deadlines and recruiting needs
Provide candidate feedback and coaching throughout the interview process
Manage employees throughout the on-boarding process and maintain daily communication with account managers
Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
Participate in meetings with client managers by phone and in-person
Desire to research and learn current and new sourcing, recruiting practices, and trends
Education Requirements:
Desired Background/Skills:
1 year of experience or exposure to recruiting and/or sales projects is preferred
Qualifications:
Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work overtime hours to contribute to recruiting efforts
Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
Ability to establish priorities and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, as well as contribute as an effective team member
