```Job Overview```

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will provide clinical counseling services to individuals, specializing in addiction counseling. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and help them navigate through challenging situations.

```Duties```

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs

- Collect and analyze data to assess client progress

- Provide crisis intervention as needed

- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in clinical counseling, preferably with experience in addiction counseling, but not required

- Basic knowledge computer skills for data collection and case management

- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and treatment modalities

- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.

- Excellent problem-solving and crisis intervention skills

- Ability to create precise and accurate written records.

-Good time management skills

-Ability to adhere to the scheduled hours of operation; 5:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
