Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated student to work over the summer of 2024. As the HR Intern in the Team Member Services (TMS) team, you will be responsible for providing support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices. You will be expected to provide gold standard customer service to all team members, including providing tier 1 assistance to team members, assistance with payroll related items to supervisors, and processing requests from HR team members following documentation in a consistent manner to keep processes in-line with company policies. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide team member and internal customer support via phone, foot traffic and email in areas of benefits, payroll, workers compensation, COVID-hotline, compensation and policy
• Support clear documentation of processes and policies. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department
• Provide administrative support to HR partners
• Maintain employee files through electronic filing system
• Assist with various projects to achieve department initiatives

While participating in a Greenheck Group college program position, you will:

• Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students)
• Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.
• Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.
• Participatein Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders.
• Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.

What you should have:

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Enrollment in 4 year university for Human Resources Management or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Involvement in student SHRM or similar is preferred.
• 3.0 minimum GPA
