*Job Description:*

Greenwater investments is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person.

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available units.

- Collaborate with the leasing team to complete rental applications and lease agreements.

- Ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants and address any concerns or issues.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental transactions.

*Requirements:*

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Real estate or property management knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
