With a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we are seeking a dedicated Mail Marketing / Mailing Technician to join our team.

Job Overview: Candidate must be detail-oriented with comprehensive knowledge of United States Postal Service operations. The ideal candidate must be experienced with Excel and will have cross-departmental collaboration, particularly between Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Production teams, to ensure timely and precise mail processing, as well as staying educated on current postal mailing promotions and mail marketing tends.

Responsibilities:

• Source and process mail lists for imprinting, demonstrating adeptness in cross-departmental coordination.
• Ensure the legibility and correct placement of address blocks and indicia on mail pieces.
• Verify mail piece design compliance with postal regulations.
• Provide guidance to CSR regarding postage ranges and various direct mail or saturation mail options for client marketing needs.
• Manage EPS (enterprise payment system) account, including deposits, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Stay updated on USPS regulations and postage cost changes to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Generate weekly reports on postal inventory for organizational insight.
• Facilitate the procurement of postal supplies as needed.
• Oversee small package click-and-ship preparation, including printing shipping labels and uploading manifests.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, BCC Mail Manager, and Postal one.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in mailing is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Experience in operating Excel

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, attention to detail, and deadline-driven environment.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
