Payroll Clerk

The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing new hires, insurance administration and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll.

Job Duties:

  • Processes various pay plan calculations, including payments associated with commission or incentive compensation plans, verifying for accuracy and completeness.
  • Works with various internal teams to develop or modify pay plans.
  • Assists in determining eligibility for participation in insurance plans
  • Ensures calculations and withholdings are accurate and maintains records of payouts.
  • 2 to 4 years of financial or payroll experience preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds software experience is a plus
  • Automotive or marine experience is a plus

Reports to: Controller

Qualifications:

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
