Job Posting for Payroll Clerk at Gregg Orr Auto Collection
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing new hires, insurance administration and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
Job Duties:
Processes various pay plan calculations, including payments associated with commission or incentive compensation plans, verifying for accuracy and completeness.
Works with various internal teams to develop or modify pay plans.
Assists in determining eligibility for participation in insurance plans
Ensures calculations and withholdings are accurate and maintains records of payouts.
2 to 4 years of financial or payroll experience preferred
Reynolds & Reynolds software experience is a plus
Automotive or marine experience is a plus
Reports to: Controller

Qualifications:

All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
