Director of First Impressions (Receptionist) Responsibilities:
- Director of First Impressions greets, welcomes, directs, & announces all guests appropriately
- communicate & guide customers, vendors, interviewees, and guests to their desired location
- answering, screening, and forwarding inbound calls while providing basic information
- perform other clerical / receptionist duties for our variable and fixed operations teammates
- solid communication skills required
- detailed organization & ability to prioritize tasks critical
- performing tasks simultaneously amongst the other job responsibilities
