Leasing Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to thrive in the real estate industry.

Duties:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Respond to inquiries from potential tenants regarding rental properties
- Assist applicants with the application process, including data entry and gathering necessary documentation
- Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required legal documents are completed accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, addressing any concerns or questions from tenants
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions

Skills:
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic understanding of contract law and ability to negotiate lease terms
