JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in prospect and on-site team member research to understand needs, touchpoints, and frustrations
- Develop, iterate on, and share personas and service/journey maps for the team
- Conduct research and synthesize qualitative insights from customer research into themes
- Develop and curate external inspirations and push the team to create an industry-leading experience
- Create design prototypes for potential solutions and test prototypes with users
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Gather qualitative feedback from prospects, residents and team members during the piloting and scaling phases
- Share insights and trends with team and other business leaders
- Contribute to building design expertise, tools, and processes in-house
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product design specifications, including technical requirements, product features, and user experience goals.
- Develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products and maintain brand identity.
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate design solutions.
- Conduct A/B and usability testing to ensure we are optimizing our user flows and shopper journeys.
- Write test cases, set KPIs and desired outcomes for tests and present findings to the team.
- Ensure website design is optimized for search engines and is accessible to all users.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
