Customer Service SupportJob DescriptionInteract with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Ensure Billing Account Codes (BACs) and Lines of Accounting (LOA) are setup for NDW, and its customers.Collaboration on special projects for Telecommunications provisioning, work tracking and billing.Maintain accurate NDW and customer (Financial, Technical, and Managerial) contact information to ensure all circuits and services information, associated contact information, and related organizational and location codes and location addresses associated with telecommunications services provisioned through NDW is accurate, consistent and entered into the appropriate external databases.Maintain documentation within the designated systems pertaining to cable plant infrastructure diagrams and documents, project documentation, work status information, customer contact information, contractual agreements, as well as, financial budgeting, tracking actual costs, and analyzing financial documents.Perform this scope of work by utilizing government provided office space, furniture, telephones, and computers. Gridiron will cover travel expenses and non-Government laptops based upon assigned scope of work.Government information will remain solely on the Government's laptop.Employees will take their direction and work assignments from on-site PM providing oversight.Tasks will be Government directed within the work scope defined herein to the on-site.Any requests made by the Government outside of the scope must flow through on-site.Gridiron IT, a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), leverages more than 25 years of Tested recruiting excellence and Trusted industry relationships.
