Job Summary:

GridPoint is growing rapidly. Because our product is delivered as an equipment-enabled energy management subscription service, we rely on a delivery process that is seamless for our customers.  The Delivery Program  Manager will be responsible for programmatic management (scheduling oversight, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource management activities) and the overall success of a strategic account.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Acts as primary point of contact for a large customer.
  • Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and leads a cross-functional  team to execute a program.
  • Leads internal and external program reviews.
  • Leads Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer
  • Expected assigned program/market segment is 1 years in project duration and 1000 sites to install.
  • Works directly with project sponsor/customer to plan and develop scope, deliverables, work plan, and budget for new initiatives.
  • Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets and SLAs, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
  • Manage project assignments to multiple subcontractors including pricing, scheduling, and out of scope approvals.
  • Utilize online CRM / project tracking tools to maintain internal communication within the organization and with customers.
  • Assist subcontractors with review and understanding of scopes of work.
  • Create labor quotes using excel and other provided tools.
  • Navigate quality management conversations with subcontractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of program management / large project experience (e. g., project management in a solution or service environment).
  • Degree from an accredited college.
  • Proven track-record to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
  • You constantly seek efficiency and optimization of processes and procedures.
  • Solid presentation and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Values: Integrity, thinks big, Leans In, Collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience generating and delivering labor quotes to field service vendors.
  • Experience in facility management, HVAC, Energy Management System, Building Automation.
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning.

Travel Requirement:

  • 10%
