Sales Representative

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sales industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
