Location: Olive Branch, MS; southeast of Memphis, TN
Job Summary: The PMO Team Manager for the Olive Branch, MS location will be instrumental in leading personal care product commercialization projects for hotel and hospitality clients. The PMO Team Manager and his/her team will collaborate with customers and company teams (sales, production, engineers) to ensure the conceptualized product meets the objectives within time and budget constraints for all included parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Seven (7) or more years of project management experience
- Two (2) or more years of direct report management experience
- Experience in personal care, cosmetic, or consumer-packaged goods preferred. A big plus if product experience involves hotels or hospitality.
- Aspirations to move up within the organization to a larger management role over time.
- PMP certification or equivalent certification preferred.
- Travel will be 20-25%, and should taper off as projects become more established.
