- Shift Differentials and flexible hours- Pay : $16 / hr. (Shifts 3 hours or more) $18 / hr. (2-hour shifts) (*Can earn even more per hour for clients who require more hands-on care)

- Empathic, positive attitude, great communication skills, and compassion for others
- Active CNA / CMT / GNA licensed with the Maryland Board of Nursing
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Can pass criminal background checks
