- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Fulfill customer orders and ensure timely pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
```Skills```
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Bilingual (preferred) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy counter area
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, for order tracking and data entry
- Knowledge of diesel maintenance (preferred) to assist customers with related inquiries
