$1,500 Sign On Bonus Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a salesperson in our Springfield, MO facility. We are looking for a charismatic person with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of woodworking and metalworking machinery. Schedule is 1st shift with full time hours. This is a team environment where we are training and development focused.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting rate is $13.00 - $16.00/hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with questions regarding merchandise
• Complete point of sale transactions
• Assist with maintaining displays and cleaning of the sales floor
• Create and maintain professional looking merchandise displays
• Conduct inventory transactions when necessary
• Assist with As-Is sales and inquiries
• Assist other departments when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of woodworking and metalworking machines and tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have excellent attendance
• Must be professional and follow the company Code of Ethics
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be available for work on Saturdays
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
