Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to set up and manage all HR operations for the first 3 months in-house, after which the position will transition to hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building HR systems, managing compliance, and recruiting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the supermarket industry.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for all staff positions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and payroll regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Set up employee records and performance management systems.
- Collaborate with management on organizational development.
- Provide support in setting up payroll and benefits programs.
- Transition to hybrid work after 3 months of in-house setup
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in retail or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in-house for the first 3 months, with a transition to hybrid work afterward
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
