What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator-Saw Cut position at Groe Advisors?
Must work 2nd shift which offer a 10% differential.
Current summer hours are 1pm to 9:30pm.
September 1st will go back to 2pm to 10:30pm.
JOB PURPOSE:
Set up and align parts per blueprint in preparation for welding and perform welding operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned)
Receipt of GTAW 1G certification.
Receipt of GMAW in 1G rolled position certification.
Set-up and weld GIT sheath components.
Set-up and weld CGIT conductor components:
Layout, drill, and weld bosses in OGET enclosure
Perform routine maintenance, as required, on equipment and machinery applicable to WI level tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Equipment Used: Weiding machine, cutting torch, manual plasma cutter, brush, pad, buffer, grinder, overhead crane, ratchet straps, rubber hammer, stencil, tape incasure
Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Must have or achieve welding certification
Knowledge/Skills: Able to read tape measure and blueprints. Able to properly operate welding equipment. Must be trained in applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions, if any.
Education/Experience: At least 1 year of welding experience or training. High school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
