The Gross Organization is a Life Insurance agency that is an international organization protecting working families through Life insurance throughout the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.

We have over 30,000 relationships extending to unions, associations, recreational organizations, and credit unions. Your role would be to customize benefit programs to meet our clients needs. The entry-level remote sales agent position is a full-time position and you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the process of selecting the right benefit programs for their family’s specific situation through a needs analysis program and completing the necessary application. We do work by appointment only.
For individuals interested in leadership, our sales agents have the option to join the manager training program which is a pathway to our senior leadership positions. Our corporate offices just increased our budget by $2 million so there has been a sense of urgency to fill this program, we are not going to settle for just anyone either.

- Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
- Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
- Respond to client requests for coverage while representing their best interests
- Create and explain individualized policies through our needs analysis system
- Receive continuing education through our company to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass background check
- Must have a computer or laptop that uses Windows operating system
- High speed Internet access to support video conferencing
- Willing to obtain state life insurance licensure
