The Technical Support Team are responsible for a wide range of technology focussed activities including undertaking presales support, in-field demonstrations, solution engineering and architecting, and post-sales support. They are part of a more global Engineering team with Engineers in both Europe and US regions.
The Satellite Support Engineer is an office and field based role primarily supporting the sales teams in their efforts to grow Partner and End User revenues. Our Satellite Support Engineers work with the Tier 2 helpdesk team and configure and activate new VSAT/L-Band and GSM terminals and takes care of customer (helpdesk) support in case issues arise.
