Customer Relations Representative (CRR)

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to act as a liaison, schedule potential leads, and provide product/service information with accuracy and efficiency in our foundation repair company. We are looking for an individual that is patient, empathetic, and has strong communication skills. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging.

• Schedule sales leads that come in through different sources for multiple Project Managers.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Work closely with internal and external personnel.

• Take accurate, valid and complete information and updating all information into our database.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Set up new projects sold by sales team. Keep in constant contact with customer on project status and keep detailed record keeping pertaining to said project.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.

• Able to create excel spreadsheets and use word documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,735.00 per year
