What You'll do:
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more Agile software development teams
- Support weekly leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings and retrospectives
- Coordinate dependencies between different teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as necessary
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues
- Assist the Product Owner (PO) in maintaining the team backlog to organize and prioritize work
- Monitor team performance and track key metrics
- Be a champion of SAFe agile methodology and coach team members on Agile best practices
- Support the project manager and/or program manager in creating, reviewing, and finalizing contract deliverables
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Immediate alert potential schedule and/or budget impacts to the leadership
- Other duties as assigned
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance purposes (no dual citizenship status)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the relevant field
- Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation, active DoD security clearance, or candidate must be clearable
- 5 years of experience with Scrum specific to data and software engineering lifecycles
- Experience with Agile, specifically Scrum, on IT implementation projects
- Proficient with the following tools: JIRA, Git Lab, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
- Experience managing Scrum teams
- Remote work but may require some travel as required by the project
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with SAP implementations
- 3 years of experience with U.S. Army business process (i.e. AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, Navy ERP, etc.)
- Strongly preferred to have experience managing remote teams
