What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Scheduler (1 year Contract) position at GroundTruth?
You will:
- Coordinate phone and Teams video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
- Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
- Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
- Produce ad hoc recruiting reports
- Support interviewer training across locations.
- May assist with other projects as assigned

You Have:
- A Bachelors degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
