Responsibilities
- Handle BMW parts and apparel sales, gear, helmets, aftermarket equipment.
- Greet all customers and be knowledgable about BMW motorcycles and coinciding parts and accessories.
Sell products and meet qoutas.
Communicate inventory.
- Balance cash drawer.
Maintain aesthetics, organization and cleaniness of showroom/workspace.
- Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer’s needs are met.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
- 1+ years related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
