Position: Wargaming Analyst
Location: Dumfries, VA, Alexandria, VA
Overview: Group W is searching for defense analysts with a passion for wargaming to support defense wargames and analyses.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to secure a clearance
- 4-year degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrated interest in defense analysis

Preferred:
- 4-year degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with expertise in a variety of mathematical, statistical, and computer science arenas
- Non-STEM degrees with expertise in military systems and processes
- Some experience planning, designing, and executing military wargames
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of defense studies from problem formulation to the presentation of findings.
- Support the design, development, facilitation, analysis, and execution of wargames
- Interface with the client and Group W team members on the development of wargame designs to address a variety of strategic to tactical problems
- Work independently with some guidance
