What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - HR Operations, US position at GroupM North America?
OVERVIEW:
This position will support all HR Operation activities across all Mindshare Opco’s in the US including: Mindshare, m/Six, Eightbar, NEO and GSI. You will represent Mindshare and Human Resources both internally and externally, exemplifying our values in all interactions. This position reports to the Human Resources Managing Director, US Operations.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Oversee the opening of job requisitions in Jobvite and ensuring accuracy from an HR and Finance perspective: tracking and submitting promotions, add to staffs and replacements
- Coordinate with the Director, HR Ops in devising, reporting on, and improving company metrics and reporting; ensuring the accuracy of data reported and presented
- Oversee the integrity of all data in ADP and perform quarterly audits to ensure accuracy of employee data
- Partner with HRBP’s on mobility of employees internationally and domestically, assisting with relocation as well as working with the Centralized Immigration Team to secure visas, as necessary
- Ensure accuracy of all I-9’s and maintain both active and retention files as well as perform quarterly audits
- Ensure employee compliance in completion of mandatory WPP compliance training and provide monthly updates to GroupM & Director, HR Operations
- Work with our external vendor on preparation of our annual Affirmative Action Plan and ensure all yearly activities are maintained and updated
- Assist Director, HR Ops with all compensation planning activities and completion of annual Mercer Compensation Survey and additional surveys, as necessary
- Create ad hoc reports from ADP and work with Director, HR Ops to analyze data as requested
- Ensure SOX compliance
- Recommend changes to process and work on special projects to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations team and services performed
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
- Protecting the value of Mindshare and our People by exhibiting the utmost discretion, keeping information confidential as necessary
- Assist with the setup and rollout of new platforms and programs as it relates to an HR Operations perspective
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of related Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects
- Results orientation driven
- Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with systems/tools
- Sharp, critical thinking and effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within team as well as independently
- Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit commitment through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives
- Exude an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the team
- Digitally savvy, with strong proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ADP and Brass Ring a plus
