Job Summary
You will be our subject matter expert on all things retail in the state of Massachusetts. You will be leading and developing leaders, while managing our retail footprint in the state. Brand standards, retail operations, compliance, and systems must be managed
efficiently and accurately. This role will oversee our General Managers, and be the point person for new store openings. We want your experience to help us grow. The salary for this role is 110k-120k DOE.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

● Train and develop store managers and retail associates.
● Be an open vessel of communication between corporate and retail.
● Review inventory and employee metrics, take action on these as needed.
● Assigned various projects and policy implementations.
● Job duties may include work indoors and outdoors during all seasons, 365 days/year.
● Employees may be exposed to difficult or stressful customer situations requiring patience and professionalism to effectively handle.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
● Must have a self-starter attitude with a focus on growth, as we expand.
● Work most weekends and high-volume days for the store.
● Split time 70/30 between the two stores, then adjust once 3rdis open.
● Will lead all the inventory & cash count processes at each location.
● Must be able to manage staff at multiple locations, including timesheet and payroll preparation requirements.
● Will be owner of various internal controls that protect the company’s assets.
● Must be 21 years old or older.
Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
● Must have extensive management experience in a high-volume retail setting.
● Prior experience related to branding is a plus.
● Prior cannabis experience is a plus, but not required.
● Must have working knowledge of Point-Of-Sale software.
● Dutchie Point of Sale knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required.
● High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Experience with computers and tracking software is preferred.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
● Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 25 pounds, and grasp.
● Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell.
● Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 30 pounds, talk, or hear.
● Clearly see 20 feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).
