- Develop an understanding of the hard and soft skills, work interests, professional growth opportunities, and client preferences of our team to make resource allocation decisions.
- Develop scenario plans for anticipated resource demands based on new business pipeline activity and report on resource capacity to inform new business decisions.
- Define and manage our resource management tools for maximum clarity, visibility, and ease of use, and optimize our resource management processes to improve workflow for increased efficiency and project quality.
- Proactively recommend additional hires and new roles required to support our growing business needs.
- Manage our roster of freelancers and vendors to increase the size and quality of our bench and to make recommendations based on project resourcing needs.
Success in this role looks like an effective, efficient agency-wide resource management approach that leads to excellent work quality, high employee morale, and proactive solution development.
