Job Duties of the Receptionist:

  • Answer all inbound phone calls and general emails
  • Greet guests and make them feel welcomed
  • Prepare conference rooms and assist with Covid -19 cleaning and sanitation for a safe work environment
  • Assist with the preparation of documents associated with real estate closing
  • Communicate effectively with agents and lenders through real estate purchases
  • Organize and manage documents and paperwork
  • Manage updates with the title software database
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications of the Receptionist:

  • Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • People person who can make guests feel at ease and welcomed
  • Completed college coursework preferred
  • Process-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software systems
  • Looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, loyal, professional, and very organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
