About the Role
GrowthJet is looking for a detail-oriented, highly driven, entrepreneurial-minded Warehouse Manager with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to join our rapidly growing company in our industrial workspace located in South San Francisco. This is a high-growth & high-impact position.

Your Responsibilities
You'll work directly with our leadership team to come up with the best solutions to streamline our fulfillment operations in our warehouse. You'll manage and oversee the processes for day-to-day requirements such as receiving inventory, process returns/exchanges, ensure that we are well-stocked on supplies, and making sure everything runs smoothly operationally for the entire warehouse.
You'll be expected to manage both full-time and temp workers in a warehouse environment while juggling multiple tasks and requests from both our internal brands and external partners. You will need to learn to define labor needs, stay in compliance of both OSHA & California labor laws, direct the staff each morning on projects and tasks, and prepare to do whatever it takes to meet our strict deadlines of getting orders out on time in an accurate manner.
