Position: Sales Admin
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Domestic Sales Admin. In this role you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. You will be a key player who will build and maintain business with our wholesale retailers and external sales brokers. This position is at the core of our success and will be responsible for account maintenance, order processing and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple business channels. In summary, you will build strength, and service the relationship with all our retail accounts while actively working with your Value Stream to continuously improve the process.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Process orders, returns, and credits as requested. Follow-up on all orders to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
- Manage direct customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Address and resolve any sales order or invoicing discrepancies.
- Diligently maintain customer account records to ensure up to date accuracy.
- Upsell customers when able to increase tier discount level and overall revenue.
- Maintain 3rd party ordering and invoicing platforms.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party warehouses used by SunWarrior.
- Update and maintain promo calendar and program promotions.
- Support brokers with carstock and new item samples.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales support capacity within the Natural Products Industry preferred.
- Computer savvy with MS Office and CRM Systems.
- Proficiency with verbal and written communication
- Ability to create and organize information specific to programs and promotions.
- Ability to effectively present information (written & oral) to sales management team members.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, profit margins, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Versatile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent training and customer interface skills.
