What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Assistant position at Gruber Law Offices?
Wisconsin's top-tier personal injury law firm is looking for a Litigation Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing legal support to the Litigation Department. Responsibilities may include scheduling court reporters, videographers, telephone conferences and client meetings. Preparation of correspondence, templates for pleadings and discovery and various administrative responsibilities to include copying, e-filing, and mailings.
You will be responsible for assisting the Litigation Department in the representation of the plaintiff in all types of personal injury cases.

No paralegal certificate or paralegal degree required. Prior legal secretary, legal assistant or litigation experience is preferred but not necessary. What is required is a positive outlook, a strong work ethic and with an exceptional attention to detail.
