JOB OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for analyzing, controlling, and designing an action plan on the deviations in the income statements of each activity and the overall results in the country proactively providing visibility of the main incidents existing in the accounts per service and advising on the necessary corrective measures to ensure the expected result and budget compliance meeting company overall objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Execute exhaustive budget monitoring of activities and areas, reporting the analysis, and control the main incidents and deviations from the income statements per account
- Develop and implement a plan to correct deviations in results that affect the profitability of the business, defining the actions to follow, establishing those responsible, and compliance deadlines
- Execute an exhaustive control of the billing to be carried out and services pending billing, indicating those responsible and the root cause of critical incidents
- Collaborate with the management team on the activities in each area in the preparation of the country's annual budgets
- Monitor the control and budget analysis of margins, costs, and business volumes, in the country's activities with significant deviations, in coordination with the respective operations directorates and zone delegates
- Achieve standardization in matters of imputation (direct and indirect costs), analytical accounts (departments, services, and delegations), etc., to control the results of each product homogeneously
- Collaborate in the establishment of the indicators of the Balanced Scorecard in the country, providing the management control indicators of each activity.
- Ensure the correct allocation of income and expenses through monitoring the different activity accounts, to ensure an adequate status of the activity.
- Control the monitoring of the debt in its scope of action, carrying out the necessary actions with the different activities, through its control and taking the appropriate measures to pursue the objectives of debt reduction.
- Design the risk map of the country, training those responsible for each area/product in the identification, classification, measurement and control of risks of each of them, defining and implementing control measures for them and supervising the implemented measures, to identify, mitigate and control risks to the extent possible.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, LICENSE, and/or CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Business Administration
EXPERIENCE and/or KNOWLEDGE
- Specialization in auditing and financial field
- Audit management and financial control concepts required
- Optimization of processes and forecast analysis
- Tracking budget expenses and developing a yearly budget
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- 5 years minimum of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience to develop and set in place a budgetary improvement plan required
- Strong experience reporting results and indicators to headquarters in multinational companies
SKILL and/or ABILITIES
- Ability to develop, formulate, and conduct financial audits per contract and adjust profitable strategies
- Ability to professionally speak and understand Spanish and English
- Advance in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel
- Ability to organize and present organizational Financial Metrics
- Excellent writing and communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with an emphasis on self-initiation and follow-through
- Must be able to obtain a SIDA Badge from the airport
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
TRAVEL
May be required to travel on short notice to other Eulen locations to perform compliance audits and other functions as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role and required being able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally, the person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. The person in this position is regularly communicates with others in person, phone, or correspondence.
