```Duties```
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conducting outside sales calls to potential and existing clients to drive revenue.
- Selling products and services to clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts.
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, door to door, or B2B sales.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Technical sales knowledge to understand and communicate complex product features.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus to communicate with a diverse customer base.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
