The Global Content Manager plays a critical role in helping the global brand commercial teams deliver content and solutions as well as understand content effectiveness in support of business objectives.
GSK is looking for an individual who can work well as part of a cross-functional global co-creation team working alongside the global commercial team. The primary focus of the role will be to deliver high-quality insight driven global content for use by the Local Operating Companies (LOCs). GSK Vaccines requires content managers with digital experience, ideally with pharmaceutical marketing experience and that know how to think in a Pharma/Medical/B2B customer journey.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Manage content through global copy approval process
- Ensure content meets best practice needs of core GSK digital channels and adheres to the GSK compliance, editorial and style guidelines
- Support Regions and LOCs to understand what is available from Global and how to use it (through a variety of communications channels and systems)
- Support Global brand teams in preparation of content plans to be delivered throughout the year
- Support brand teams in setting KPIs to assess content effectiveness
- Support Global to understand what is being localized and how it is performing
- Assess opportunities for continuous improvement of Global tactics in current and future tactical plans
- Ensure continuous improvement by consolidating and sharing analytics and looking for opportunities to improve the quality of content

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2 years of project management experience
- 2 years of experience analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare digital marketing environment
- Microsoft Office expertise
- Google Digital Certification
- Self starter and able to make sound judgements and act decisively
- Experience building customer, content and user journeys
- Experience in email marketing, storytelling and web building
- Experience working with external creative agencies
