The Account Executive is a key member of the Ford Dealer Account Management Team.
Much will be asked of the Account Executive and a "can do" attitude and spirit is necessary for success. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to assist in overseeing all assets contracted within the FDAF sponsorships, and to be the liaison between the Associate Account Director, Agency teams and Sponsorship partners (New York Yankees, New York City FC, New York Mets, New Jersey Devils, Prudential Center) while managing the day-to-day functions of the FDAF activations.
In this role you will…
- The nature of the AE's position requires ongoing and frequent interactions with agency teams and with sponsorship partners. (listed above)
- Internal to Agency – the AE has daily contact with and provides clear project direction and manage deliverables and timelines to all team members in Account Services, Creative Services, Operations and Production departments.
- External to Agency – the AE has contact with partners regarding contracted assets for client sponsorships and promotions.
- Execute and track client sponsorships from contracted assets to trafficking creative and on site/online activation materials (including the handling of assets distribution and shipping).
- Manage the development of digital and social media assets, ensure delivery of client KPI's.
- Develops relationships with sponsors by managing Client expectations and ensure delivery of all contracted elements.
- Develop and maintain sponsorship recaps and provide engagement metrics for sponsorship activations, including activation recap reports, analytics and client meeting materials.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance activations assets, plans, and process to deliver partner results.
- Manage ticketing and other hospitality needs including order placement, tracking status, and client delivery.
OTHER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
- Review and update weekly status trackers and internal reports.
- Facilitate special requests as needed (internal agency and client information requests)
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
You have…
- Be knowledgeable and proficient on PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Must be creative, analytical, highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Possess a keen eye for detail with tremendous organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interpret information, draw conclusions and present findings from various reports.
- Strong team player but able to work independently with initial direction from Supervisor.
- Exceptional listening and communications skills
- Deliver clear, concise and accurate messages both verbally and written.
- Must possess a strong ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-3 years minimum of retail, direct response advertising or Sports & Entertainment marketing experience, preferably as an AAE, Account, Traffic Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator.
