Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Develop and conduct training programs for office personnel
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Supervise front desk activities and ensure a professional atmosphere
- Manage payroll processes and employee schedules
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Lead and manage the office team effectively
- Credit card receipt tracking and reconciliation
- Renew county and jurisdictional permits
- Answering phones and emails in a professional manner
- Collecting mail and ensuring proper follow up
- Issuing purchase orders
- Back up for current AP individual
- Tracking of vehicles for service and tracking tool recalibration
- Tracking job expenses
- Interfacing with Quickbooks
- Duties as assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in payroll management and schedule coordination
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in event planning is a plus
Experience with telecommunications industry or construction company is a plus
