Regional Sales Executive - CoProcess (Remote, US)

As a Regional Sales Executive for GTreasury Netting US market creates, nurtures, manages and maintains a productive business relationship with all designated customers, ensuring they understand the value of – and achieve maximize benefits from – the use of GTreasury Netting solution. This is a hunter position with the autonomy to leverage relationships through high activity. GTreasury encourages an entrepreneurial mindset combined with a defined process that will ensure success. Primary support services include execution of work projects/items within the assigned region.


What We Are Looking For:


The Regional Sales Executive will be a highly motivated and polished self-starter who enjoys identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, contacts, discovery, and individual research. You will possess a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers and a “get it done” attitude.


Essential Duties:


  • Achieve new business revenue goals set forth by Managing Director of Coprocess
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and make demonstrations of GTreasury Netting solution to US prospects
  • Close new accounts and sign new account agreements as directed
  • Know where each prospect is in the sales process and bring them to closure by offering solutions based on their specific needs
  • Manage customer renewals and retention to ensure Net Revenue Retention goals are met and increase the average dollars per account
  • Act as a main point of contact for GTreasury Netting US Banking Partners
  • Attend meetings with US Banking Prospects and make demos of GTreasury Netting solution to US Banking Prospects
  • Support US Banking Prospects during implementation of GTreasury Netting
  • Attend applicable trade shows, industry events, as set forth by the Managing Director of Coprocess
  • Develop, execute and follow a business plan for your territory
  • Salesforce experience or applicable CRM tool experience required / Daily use required
  • You will be responsible for determining the total opportunities in your territory and maintaining clear analysis and understanding of sales growth potential in the assigned territory
  • Work closely with your direct manage and the sales team to develop competitive sales strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competition and be aware of their penetration into your marketplace

Skills & Requirements:


  • 3 years of software or professional services sales or account management experience
  • Salesforce experience or applicable CRM tool experience required for daily Salesforce utilization
  • Active learner – seeks knowledge from both internal and external sources
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences
  • Past Presidents Club or equivalent aware winner multiple years a plus
  • Documented Top 10% in sales yearly attainment of goals
  • Knowledge of banking, accounting, and treasury systems a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of Treasury operations
  • Accredited sales development program achievement
  • Experience in account renewals and customer lifetime value roles
  • Strong detail-orientation with experience managing multiple accounts required
  • Ability to adhere and promote standard customer success methodologies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and strong track-record of setting and meeting delivery commitments
  • References from past direct reports

Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

    • Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $125,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
