We're seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Address client inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Problem Solving : Leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues across various systems and platforms.
- Customer Service : Deliver world-class support, building strong relationships with our clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams and product owners to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Knowledge Management : Maintain and update our knowledgebase to enhance support efficiency.
- Process Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall support quality.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within an enterprise environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms, networking, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Citrix / VMware / VDI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Mac systems.
- Proficiency in Unix command line and voice infrastructure systems.
- Fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean for our Asia language support team.
