SUMMARY OF ROLE The HR Assistant at GU Energy Labs is responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition process, helping to hire new members of the GU Crew. This role will work closely with GU’s leaders and people managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate interviews while being the main point of contact for applicants. The HR Assistant will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, but also have opportunities to get hands-on experience in many areas of Human Resources and be an integral part of the People and Culture team. If you are detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for building great teams, this offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within HR. This is a hybrid position with weekly in-office work required.
You are excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Provide support to GU Energy Labs’ Talent Acquisition process, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and updating job descriptions.
- Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS system.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Support the People and Culture team with employee surveys and data analysis.
- Support workplace HR compliance tasks (postings, safety, etc).
- Provide administrative support for the HR team (calendaring, office communication, event organization)

Salary : $31 - $41
