Guaranty Bank is looking for a Customer Care Banker to join our team. The Customer Care Banker is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding client expectation's by providing a best-in-class client experience as a competitive advantage to current and prospective clients. This individual will be responsible for consistently answering calls in a manner that creates a strong sense of welcoming regardless of call type. Calls may include general client and account questions as well as complaints and other issues and will come from diverse individuals of many different backgrounds, abilities, and experiences with banking. The ability to quickly create a connection, establish a sense of rapport and professionalism, embrace a mindset of curiosity with challenging client issues, and listen with the intention of understanding are essential to the success of this role. This role works from a centralized phone center a majority of the time with limited remote work opportunities.

Our Customer Care Bankers provide superior over-the-phone/chat/video banking service to bank customers regarding account inquiries, problem resolution, and referrals, in accordance with Guaranty Bank policies, procedures, products and services.
