We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Doctor Compensation Analyst to join our fast-growing dental partnership network’s (“DPN”) Accounting team.

Summary
The Doctor Compensation Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive and complex analysis related to provider compensation and productivity. Creates and manages compensation reconciliation summaries for providers. Will provide recommendations on provider base salary adjustments and/or posting practices within the providers’ clinics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating/updating the payroll report to calculate and pay the providers.
- Interprets, analyzes and implements compensation calculations outlined in Providers’ Employment Agreements using clinics’ practice management reports.
- Conducts comprehensive and complex analysis related to provider compensation and clinics’ production, adjustment and collections postings.
- Utilize expense reports and invoices for deductions toward individual’s payroll.
- Provides recommendations and insights on provider base salary expectations and adjustments to the Operations team.
- Manages and accurately updates provider compensation with changes/updates with Employment Agreements or employments status changes.
- Provides guidance and recommendations regarding provider compensation and productivity to Accounting and Operations.
- Explain calculations and deductions to Operations and providers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics; or equivalent training.
- Ideally two (2) years of work experience in provider/physician compensation analysis
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and strong analytical skills required
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel skills required
- Experience reading and understanding employment agreements
- Experience with dental practice management systems preferred
Compensation & Structure
- Base Compensation: $60K-70K
- 401k Program: Participation in 401k plan with company match
